Workshop: Project Management in Science and Technology
Project management skills are essential for successful doctoral research, helping researchers to bring structure to their workdays, to define realistic goals and timelines, to evaluate their progress, and to make effective changes if necessary. In short: Mastering these skills enables junior researchers to successfully complete their doctorate.
Our two-day online workshop is designed to teach doctoral researchers the basics of project management, covering the topics of project initiating, project goals, project planning, self-management, motivation, quality, risk and stakeholder management as well as project controlling and marketing.
Registration: The workshop is free and open to all doctoral researchers in the field of cyber security. The maximum number of participants is limited to 12. Members of the Graduate School Cyber Security have prioritized access.
